To make this happen we are rolling out a limited-time referral rewards program. If your friends purchase a Stage 2 Unit at Golden Rise, both you and your referred friend could receive $2000 each at settlement.

- Complete and return to Golden Rise Refer a Friend Incentive Form: Make sure your friends know, to participate in this offer, they must download the referral form, have you both complete and sign it and return it to us.
- Reap the rewards: When your friend purchases a unit as part of Stage 2, both of you will receive $2000 at settlement, subject to terms and conditions.

Dear Golden Rise Residents,
Golden Rise Seniors Living Community is growing!
We are pleased to announce that our Golden Rise Seniors Community is set to expand with the commencement of Stage 2.
Starting in early September, we will begin the next phase of development, bringing additional villas to our growing community. We are pleased to continue our successful collaboration with H. Troon, the builders who managed the construction of Stage 1. Troon will officially take possession of the site on September 2 and will commence site establishment over a four-week period. During this time, you may notice an increase in traffic within the village. Please know that we are working closely with H. Troon to ensure that these activities are carried out with consideration of our existing residents.
Construction of the 22 new Stage 2 villas is scheduled to begin in early October. We will provide you with a detailed update in early September, outlining the construction timeline and what you can expect during this period.
Our commitment to you, our valued residents, remains steadfast. We are dedicated to minimising any disruption to your daily life and ensuring that Golden Rise continues to be a peaceful and enjoyable place to call home.
